Dallas Lankford's marvelous QDFA design takes up 360 feet (110m) so you need a 
large lot to have room for it, of course. Where do you live, Derek? If you have 
room for one,I wouldn't worry about local overload. Just make sure to not aim 
the main beam at super-pests or alternately use smaller delta-flags or a lower 
gain amp.
