Sounds more like French (Creole) or possibly Spanish. I'm not sure...lot of
noise and I don't have the facility to reduce the noise here...
I haven't heard the Lubavitcher station in at least a year. Either it's off
or it's overwhelmed by the Boston (Haiatian-Creole) or Spanish-language
(reportedly in NYC?) pirates. I'd love to get to the bottom of the Spanish
one(s) I've been hearing on 1710.
