1520 KKXA Snohomish, WA (presumed) ETing all day with repetitive "listen to the radio" cut musical excerpts. No ID heard during a five hour on-and-off period. No IBOC and not exactly overwhelming modulation. Tops KGDD here for now but this would not hold up starting a couple of hours before sunset.
