Nick, I happened to have a wav file from Sept 24th at 13:00.  Just an ID for
FEBC.  No time pips.  Interesting, Nick.  On Sept 22nd, though, I can hear 4
+ 1 weakly way under HLAZ.  No ID that day.  It sounds like another station,
but potentially could be faint time pips in the background (but as I said, I
don't think so).  Didn't have a wav file at 12:58 on the 23rd.  On the 25th,
nothing noted over the TOH.  Finally, on Sept 26th there it was again.
 Nothing special on HLAZ, but this time I heard 5 + 1 time pips weakly
co-channel.  So, there is a mystery there, Nick.  Something there, but not
heard every day, and quite weak, but who?........Walt
