These pips seem ever more likely to have been from HLAZ. I've
been doing some recording at 0900 and 1000UT, and the same pips turn
up on 1566 at those times. On the 22nd at 1000UT, they were
preceded by KK talk by man, likely to be HLAZ at that hour, though I
didn't hear an ID. The 1300UT pips may have been an error in
automation, as the JJ broadcast doesn't normally use pips.

morning (10 Oct), I heard NHK style pips there at 1300UT, presumably
HLAZ judging by the strength, but I have never noticed pips there
before. They weren't heard on the preceding morning.
