Aren't the two stations both serving the Ottawa ON - Gatineau QC market? I hope 
1350 is testing using this and still planning to relay CIRA Montreal.
 
I'm simply delighted to have a new semi-local to DX and would be even more 
pleased if its programming is redundant.
