My gosh, just a weak carrier on 1116 here in Victoria, Steve. Only
thing of note this morning was JOUB-774 signing off at fair to good
level at 1540UT, something that one wouldn't think unusual at this
time of year here, but it has been pretty weak to nil of late.

1548 4QD presumed, occasional Aussie fadeups, very poor.
Lots of hets over the whole band.
