IDing as Radio Punjab at 10:00 AM local. After "This is 1110 KRPA, Oak Harbor". Same English ID inserted after the news (which sounded like mostly Indian news), and again under some Indian music. I listened for any signs of local ads which would cinch the target audience, but there hasn't been any so far. Seems more like an internet feed only.
