According to the FCC website, there are 5 TIS transmitters in Oregon on
1660.
Two are operated by the City of Sandy
The other three are operated by the OR Dept of Transportation and are
all located in the Eugene area.
It's probably one of the latter ones, although with just NOAA weather it
would hard to tell which one it is.
Here are the locations, as shown in the FCC database:
Williamette Highway at Mile Marker 0.85
** Eugene-Springfield Highway at 52nd Street
1 1/2 miles west of intersection of I-5 and the beltline Highway (Hwy 69)
