Hi Dennis, Eugene would have been my guess. I do remember when I lived in Portland, Eugene stations would be pretty easy to hear with the shape of the valley. Here, except for KUGN and to a certain point KPNW, the rest of the Eugene stations are not strong. I wonder how many NOAA stations are on 1660 & 1650 now in Oregon? For those interested, ODOT will QSL. TIS stations are fun to log. Great going. I'll try for this one. Thanks.
