WCCO-830 IBOC at 90 miles from tower obliterates 810-850...couldn't even see
the hint of a carrier at 820 (Bemidji is 60 miles away)

The FCC web site says that the FCC accepted applications this week from the
CP for new station WBKK-820 in Wilton MN (near Bemidji) for a license to
cover and program test authority -- meaning the station should be testing
soon, if it's not doing so already. Has anyone in the area heard anything?
