[IRCA] Alberta TPs for 7 Nov 2012

     In a word, dreadful.   In fact (rather like Dennis), I suspected I 
might have an antenna problem, as all I had were weak carriers, even on 
the big gun Japanese frequencies.  However, a check of the solar weather 
later on revealed teh true reason.
