Re: 1300 WMVO is an affiliate of the Ohio State Buckeyes basketball program. WLQR-FM in Toledo is also an affiliate. Maybe they pass through some local ads?

None of these held together as none of the Michigan or Indiana stations seemed likely. WMVO was a Cleveland Cavaliers affiliate at one time, but I don't see them on the list now.
