Today I listened for Asian medium wave signals at 1259-1355 GMT (local sunrise at 1342).
558 kHz unID. carrier heard at 1342-1343. 774 JOUB with barely audible talk at 1327-1328. 828 carrier (JOBB?) in 830-WCCO slop at 1326-1327. 972 HLCA, weak carrier from 1259 to 1355. 1053 ROK jamming signal at 1322-1325. 1287 trace of unID. signal at 1316-1319. 1566 barely audible signal briefly at 1334. 1593 brief trace of a signal at 1336. The carrier (het) heard on 972 kHz was the most consistent signal of the morning. The audio was on 1053, only peaking to poor strength. Each morning this week as been radically different from the others. Receiver: PL-310 with 7.5-inch ferrite loop. Richard Allen, near Perry OK USA. _______________________________________________ IRCA mailing list [email protected] http://montreal.kotalampi.com/mailman/listinfo/irca Opinions expressed in messages on this mailing list are those of the original contributors and do not necessarily reflect the opinion of the IRCA, its editors, publishing staff, or officers For more information: http://www.ircaonline.org To Post a message: [email protected]
