1610 CHHA Canada, Ont, Toronto, rec from 0407 to 0440 EST 2/7, first mixing with TIS stations, then Caribbean Beacon, finally at 0432 a male ancr in PP speaking "Radio Voices Latinas", per a cassette tape I recorded. Good brief fadeups, but only a phrase or part of a sentence most of the time. New for me. (PM-OR)
