I tired 1610 kHz this evening and heard a woman on a unknown TIS station which 
had a very weak signal.

Thanks Dennis. I have been after CHHA for sometime, but never heard them
under 1 KW, but now with more power, I am sure that helped. I have two
local TIS stations on 1610 also, Cape Disappointment WA and the Hammand
OR TIS, but neither are overpowering.
