They are a brokered/paid programming station so I was going to be happy if I got 60 seconds of morse code at at the top of the hour at 2am in the morning on this Metro Boston, MA area rimshot The GM said no, so I did something I've never ever ever done before... I offered to buy, out of my own pocket, 15 minutes of time on a one time only deal at 1 or 2 in the morning.... The station still said no.. and wasn't terribly pleasant about it.
