[IRCA] Alberta TP/DU for 27 Aug 2013

   A bit of a surprise here today, as Japan on 774 delivered a couple 
of minutes of audio around 1200, and noted a few words on 1287 a few 
minutes later.   693 was also very close to audio.  Like yesterday the 
Japanese signals faded as sunrise approached, and the Aussie carriers 
became the stronger ones.  In fact 891 reached audio level around 1215. 
 An interview sounded like the ABC but didn't hear enough to be 100% 
certain.
