I have a WiFi radio -- that is a table top - that I use every couple of weeks for a few minutes here and there.
Most of the time it works - some of the time it doesn't. I cannot depend on it - and it could be the age of the unit -- it is at least 3 years old. I have never depended on the internet for radio communications of any kind - because you are one fiber optic cable away from complete isolation from the rest of the World... which might explain why I have over a dozen analog radios. -- Colin Newell is the Editor and creator of Coffeecrew.com - DXer.ca - BobHarris.com | Amateur Radio VA7WWV | Twitter.Com/CoffeeCrew | Victoria B.C.
