Yesterday was a very uninspiring morning for TPs, and for the
most part today was similar. However today I noted a brief but quite
dramatic spike pre-sunrise, which didn't happen yesterday. Around 1450
(15 minutes before local sunrise), the top end came to life, with 1566
Korea, 1593 (mix of Japan and China), and 1602 Japan producing audio
whereas 5 minutes earlier they had been only mediocre carriers. They
returned to that state about 5 minutes later. 1575 VOA exhibited a
different pattern, with borderline audio at a pretty steady level from
1430 to 1500.
