Bert:

According to "Management" I have "more radios than a sane person would want" so I'm selling one for every one I drag home, running out of shelves.

With a couple of simple mods and a good external speaker or headphones the DX 302 is (IMO) the best sub $1000 receiver for MWDX in spite of it's age and warts and has become my favorite desktop radio. Even thinking about selling my R-71A, I don't use it much since I've had my 302. ;)

Now I just have to get my antennas back up so I can get some DXing done, getting too old for climbing around on icy roofs.

My next project is modifying this http://www.ebay.com/itm/111254863496 to work remotely. That and a 30' vertical run through a homebrew phasor should make for some interesting DX ;)

I have no idea what to offer, but like a lot of folks, I could always use
another radio. :)
