Other than Canadianizing the spelling, I'd agree on the term Gary used today. Lacklustre pretty much summed it up. A handful of signals reached audio, but none of them would have been discernable by a more rational individual (i.e a non-dxer)

702     2BL, ABC, Sydney        Time pips and ABC news fanfare at 1300.

738 2NR, ABC, Grafton Time pips and ABC fanfare at 1300. No sign of Tahiti which was in yesterday.
                
819     unID                    traces of audio at 1309.  Most likely 2GL.

1287 unID traces of audio at 1256. Seemed Japanese, but certainly none of the other Japanese were coming in.

1566    HLAZ, Korea             A few words of Japanese audible now and again 
around 1245

"Almost there" carriers on 594, 792, 828, 855, 882, 891
