[IRCA] Alberta TPs for 16 January 2015

      Was away for a couple of days, so don't know if it was around 
then, but 1575 VOA was once more the only TP audible here in southern 
Alberta, with a good signal after 1430.  Today was the best it's been 
this year, and the best for a couple of months I'd say.   But, elsewhere 
even carriers were feeble and few in number.
