[IRCA] Alberta TPs for 23 January 2015

   This morning was definitely not up to yesterday's standard, but was 
still better than nearly every other morning this year.   Fewer and 
weaker carriers, as well as less audio.  A few stations did better than 
yesterday though including JOUB, which didn't reach audio here 
yesterday, and 4QD, which had a decent signal versus nearly nothing 
yesterday.

774     JOUB            Traces of Japanese talk at 1450

1548    4QD, Australia  Fair, with man in English at 1452. Splatter
                        from a strong 1550 prevented understanding more
                        than the occassional phrase.

1566    HLAZ, Korea     Man talking at 1436.  Good for peaks, actually
                        slightly better than yesterday.

1575    VOA, Thailand   Like yesterday, fair to good with at 1437 in Burmese.
