Thanks Chuck, I suspected New Zealand as the programming had that BBC
"feel" to it. If I get time I may try syncing up my recording with
the BBC podcast and see if I can confirm a //.

However, from 1158 onward, a quick scan showed BBC WS was in and out. The
Australian is 100% Italian so this must be NZ's Otago Access Radio that carries
BBC WS.
