We kept a pretty close watch on 1017 during the ocean cliff DXpeditions this summer, since the Tonga sign offs usually occurred about the same time that we would deploy to the Rockwork 4 cliff turnout on the Oregon coast for our sunrise sessions. The usual sign off time was around 1100 UTC, but a sign off time around 1200 was common late Saturday night in Tonga (our Saturday mornings, here). That seemed to be the usual pattern.
