After another late night of antenna work I wasn't exactly motivated to go out in the subfreezing back yard for a full sunrise TP-DXing session. Fortunately a brief check at 1445 revealed only a ghostly signal from 1566-HLAZ and a ghostly carrier on 1593. Nothing on the low band was showing any sign of life, and even 1566 was getting hammered by my semi-local on 1560. Having heard 1566 quite a few times already I decided to pull the switch and catch up on sleep. 73 and Good DX, Gary DeBock (in Puyallup, WA, USA) 7.5" loopstick C.Crane Skywave Ultralight + 15" FSL antenna _______________________________________________ IRCA mailing list [email protected] http://montreal.kotalampi.com/mailman/listinfo/irca
