In all my years of listening to Asia signals, I've rarely experienced the 
so-called "sunrise boost" here.  On a few occasions I've heard JOBB-828 for a 
few minutes past sun-up.  Maybe it's because of the signal traveling some 
distance overland.  

In the past I've heard JOIB and JOUB before the sun set at their transmitter 
sites a few times.
