It's not their responsibility, it's their interest. No country is an island, and I'm not talking geographically.
Australia made a conscious decision years ago that their future was no longer in Europe, but in the Asia Pacific area. Look, nothing against Australia, I love the place. It was the same mistake with RCI. I would agree that the RCI's target had to change from Europe to Asia and Latin America.
