They did not shift with the culture - and try bold initiatives - Pity actually because there market for electronics DIY and leading edge gadget culture is still very much still with us -
Now we geeks shop at Digikey and Mouser and Newark -- which I guess would not necessarily support bricks and mortar in the smaller towns.
