594 Japan 1407 utc very poor man talking.
774 Japan 1410 utc peaking at poor (AM sync) with man talking slowly
(political speech?); 1419 very poor/poor; 1430 very poor; 1446 last
heard very poor
972 S Korea 1421 utc very poor man talking, lasting several minutes
before fading; 1441 very poor; 1452 last heard very poor
