All times and dates strictly UT [5 hours ahead of `ELT` during EST; when
changing times one must also change the dates for events in the 00-05 UT period
to the previous date by ELT].
Rx: mostly DX-398 with internal antenna only or PL-880; NRD-545 with ALA-330S
inside E-W or inside randomwire N-S; Nissan stock caradio as specified; IC-R75
with E-W longwire.
These logs are excerpts from my daily all-band reports, mainly SWBC, also
VHF/UHF, sometimes, utility, ham, which may be found in several archives
without much delay, such as
http://www.hard-core-dx.com/index.php?topic=Hauser
And compiled weekly along with extensive news from many other individuals and
publications in DX LISTENING DIGEST:

All my MW DX reports starting August 2011 are archived in this forum with open
access:

These logs are in four sections, Canada [if any], Oklahoma [if any], rest of
USA [if any], unidentified [if any], separated by ======= Within each, they are
in frequency order
** U S A. 670, March 5 at 1959 UT on caradio in downtown Enid, WSCR Chicago ads
and ID, atop CCI presumed KLTT Denver; less than a sesquihour after local mean
noon, extended groundwave over one megameter. 720 also has a weak signal,
presumed WGN (Glenn Hauser, OK, DX LISTENING DIGEST)
** U S A. 720, March 8 at 1308 UT, ``La Hora del Trabajo``, day-job openings
with phone numbers, no area codes but 210 presumably understood. Mixing in
English and joking around, i.e. KSAH Universal City (San Antonio) TX; mutually
nullable with WGN. KSAH now on 10 kW day power from 1245 UT in March; major
lobes to the NW and ESE but not a deep null thisaway (Glenn Hauser, OK, DX
LISTENING DIGEST)
** U S A. 870, Sat Mar 10 at 1309 UT, when I would rather hear XETAR, WWL is
still dominant with local weather from WWL-TV, and at 1310 UT ``joining in
progress NBC Sports Radio``. This is a `new` network for them, not in the NRC
AM Log, presumably only for certain segments, not across the board (Glenn
Hauser, OK, DX LISTENING DIGEST)
** U S A. 890, UT Sunday March 4 at 0708 UT, surprised to hear Jim Bohannon on
WLS Chicago, guest plugging his record guide at moneymusic.com Indeed, WLS at
http://www.wlsam.com/program-schedule/
shows Sunday 12-2 am CT is the ONLY time it has JimBo on. Do they pick the best
bihour from his 15 hours the previous week? (Glenn Hauser, OK, DX LISTENING
DIGEST)
