Hi Ken, I'd think a DKAZ aimed NW for TP and another one aimed NNE for TA's would serve you well. That fence does sound unfortunate. How high is it?
Phasing smaller antennas or phasing two Pixel loops could be quite helpful and maybe you could arrange them broadside to get a more narrow beam, or from what you dimensions sound to me, end fire to get better F/B and a somewhat more narrow beam. 73 and good luck ..
