i'd go with a plate piste if it was my decision. its gonna last for years, its 
much easier to fence on (for the reason eoin doesn't like it!), its easier to 
lay - you just throw it down - no taping involved, and there are no big bubbles 
in it (remember our piste for the sabre last wk end marcos?!!) and it looks 
cool (im thinking about photos for publicity here..) also, if one could be 
bought every 2/3 years, and a few more of those boxes with the timers, we would 
soon have a set of competition equipment which everyone would be proud of...
