Fellow mentors, As suggested on general@, it would make sense at this point to add subtasks to that JIRA for all the other desired pieces of infrastructure.
When we have iclas for all the initial PPMC members, I think a single batch request to root for their accounts would be in order. I am not fully up to speed on the IP clearance rules and procedures; if someone else cares to send a precis to this list that would be a good thing. --benson
