change default language for HTML viewer?

Hi all,

Was asked a question on my book's forum... do we (Rob?) know the answer 
off-hand:

"i want to ask you for the possibility of change the default language of 
html viewer (authentication page, welcome page, etc) to spanish or other 
language."
