I don't really want to respond in detail, other than to say that (4 out of 5) mentors are involved and we have a lot of trust in our mentors to help ensure we do the right thing.

This would be a good metric to track, because I suspect we are a long way from that ratio. Indeed, when we do get to that ratio, it might be good evidence of being ready to graduate.

So, my practical question is: is there an easy way to see the subscriber numbers?

Perhaps this is one for our mentors to answer, though ;-)?
