I apologize for the flippant tone that seems to have confused the issue a bit.

The point of my email is to give you all a small poke in the direction
of new committers. Whether that is a matter of evaluating people
already in the community or marketing for additional participants.

You folks settled into a Apache-friendly working style almost
immediately, so I do indeed believe that you could graduate any time
now -- once you have some experience in adding to the community.
