Saya rasa malang sungguh orang Kelana Jaya.. Di dalam akhbar tempatan berita rakyat negara kita yang didakwa di mahkamah dan didapati bersalah atas tuduhan meliwat bukannya tidak ada; dalam setahun boleh jumpa lebih kurang tiga empat kali juga. Kalau baca lagi banyak 'paper' saya percaya lagi banyak jumpa. Dan amat mengejutkan apabila banyak daripadanya melibatkan golongan guru! [sila google 'guru liwat pelajar'] Kalau sekadar baca akhbar lidah rasmi parti politik memang la payah nak jumpa berita-berita macam ni. Sebagai orang awam saya sendiri kurang gembira jika kes-kes jenayah seperti rogol, bunuh kemudian bakar, ragut, buang anak, culik dan liwat disiarkan terlalu kerap dalam media umum kerana saya yakin ia akan memberikan idea kepada para penjenayah atau siapa-siapa juga yang berpotensi/ada kecenderungan untuk melakukan atau mengulangi jenayah/kesalahan berkenaan. Sesuatu hujah yang baik lazimnya perlu disertakan dengan fakta. Namun kita juga perlu peka dan waspada dengan apa yang berlaku di sekeliling kita. Saya yakin bukanlah sesuatu yang bijak untuk membuat kesimpulan bahawa isu murtad tidak perlu dibimbangkan hanya kerana statistik rasmi yang dikeluarkan oleh pihak-pihak yang berkenaan menunjukkan jumlah permohonan untuk menukar agama tak banyak mana. Begitu juga dengan isu perlakuan seks bebas dan sumbang mahram. Tiada anak baru lahir yang dibuang di sekitar kejiranan kita bukan petanda mutlak masalah berkenaan tidak ada. Berhati-hatilah menyebarkan idea-idea manusia yang mungkin ada agenda terselindung yang sebenarnya merugikan umat kita.
