There are several issues. One is should they be educated and the 
answer is of course.  The second is by whom and by what materials? I 
do not think they should be shown graphic pictures in a public 
setting. If it is to be done, it should not be done as it is in the 
west in mixed classes with boys and girls present at the same time.  
The best education is for the parents to answer their children's 
questions, but since many parents are not comfortable talking about 
it, they want someone else to do it, and then the issues of morality 
come in, what should they be told and taught? The parents must have a 
say in this and should approve whatever course materials there are in 
the madrassa or elsewhere.

calls to guidance will have a reward similar to the reward of the one who 
follows him, without the reward of either of them being lessened at all."
