Asslam alikum sister Actually the name of the male or the female should be one only, not two. Mohammed is a full name, Abdullah, Harith, Ahmed, Ali etc...
Females' names are as my brother said Fatimah, Hafsah, Rougayah, Zainab etc there is no need for prefixes neither for males nor for females.
