For limiting residential use on DSL we have been looking at using the
Pachetshaper product from Packeteer. We are looking at limiting speed based
on application and media type as well as port number. They look somewhat
spendy. Does anyone have any other ideas?

Thanks

Dan

Did you find out if any of the four cities were local to Hernando?

Hello-

I am interested in learning about the economics of providing voice-over-DSL
from the ISP perspective, assuming a model in which the ISP partners with a
data CLEC (ie. Northpoint/Covad) for the DSL and a CLEC for the voice. I am
looking for some dollar specifics and thought that something like a business
case might be helpful. Can anyone provide me with this information or point
me in the right direction?

Thank you,

David Treewater
