Good afternoon!

Yesterday and again today, Frank Kim posted a message to the list which
briefly described a situation that exists between he and Matt Griffitt
at Bulk Bandwidth Central. While I generally try to stay away from these
types of disagreements, my phone has been ringing consistently with
questions, demands and concerns from previous and current customers of
both my company and Matt's. First, allow me to explain the nature of the
relationship between Matt Griffitt and myself. Matt has been operating
Bulk Bandwidth Central for over two years now. The company is a
tax-paying, registered LLC in Washington state. The company has done
business out of the same location it does now since it's inception. My
point? At the very least, Matt Griffit and his company is more than a
fly-by-night organization with a card table and a laptop. This leads to
the most frequently asked question I get. What is the nature of the
relationship between Matt Griffitt and myself? Well, I have known Matt
for over five years. I originally met him at a consulting company in the
Seattle area where I was VP of Sales and Marketing and he was the Chief
Information Officer. While we only worked together for about a year
before I moved east, we have maintained a friendship and recently, an
informal business aliance. My company, Midwest Technology Associates,
focuses on technology solution implimentation - brokering equipment as a
side venture only. Other than a buy/sell relationship between Matt and
I, we hold no stake in each other's companies. My involvement in any of
Matt's business dealings has been that as a friend, advisor and
concerned third party...

Like all companies in this market, both Matt and myself have had
situations in which circular deals were present or vendors became
unreliable. While no one can predict these things, they simply do happen
and there isn't much anyone can do about it. One situation on my plate
at the moment is that between my company and Ron Sananas with Network-IT
in Thornhill, Ontario. I owe Mr. Sananas $23,500 on a box he purchased
from me a few weeks back that I failed to deliver. In good faith, I
attempted to cover the order and only managed to eat up more of my
working capital. A number of issues have arrisen in this transaction,
most all of which lay the blame on my shoulders. I have no problem
publically admitting that I owe this money to Mr. Sananas - I am an
honest, God fearing man and have no intention of ripping anyone off.
While yes, the delay in getting the refund has been improper, my bank
assures me the wire is in transit as of today.

A second situation is that with Jerry Galluzzo at United Computer. Mr.
Galluzzo paid for a 5400 which was sold out from under him while we were
waiting on payment. I have been waiting diligently for another few boxes
to arrive from a source overseas. I bought a box to cover from Matt, and
he only received it yesterday. Again, no one is getting ripped off, but
the circumstances are rather unfortunate and may very well be my fault.
I am, however, confident Jerry's box is in transit.

The situation with Frank Kim is not one that I am entirely privy to.
While I have done no business with Frank, his reputation is golden and I
respect what he says. My motivation for this message isn't to exonerate
anyone, including myself - only to let present and future customers know
that while things do happen from time to time, they are resoloved
fairly, professionally and completely by both myself and Matt. The two
stories above are not things I am proud of. I am, however, willing to
put my personal and business reputation on the line and say that both of
these gentlemen will get exactly what they paid for or a timely refund.
Honesty is founded on the ability to recognize and correct mistakes and
misgivings. I look forward to discussing this with anyone interested,
off list. Thanks for your time!

Sincerely,

David Lambrix
