I don't want to make it issue. It was also decided with you on 17th July 2001 at Islamabad that one year should be divided into four quarter and fee be charged accordingly. for example you got registration in last quarter have to pay 1/4 of Rs.5000/- annul fee. You may now pay as per this formula or let Mr.Ahmad Nadeem Syed to give formula that will for all of us.
