Dear Mr.Saad Saleem Please see below the mail of one of our members.   Nadeem Sahib, Does that mean that I made a mistake by registering from the day I knew ISPAK existed, and I attended the first meeting ??? If you are attending meetings, you are using the forum to your benefit, you are having your problems dealt with, and not registering, because you can do all that without registering and paying. Is this fair ?? Is this ethical ?? When the requirment for a paying members becomes mandatory, because of elections, you come forward and say I am now registering and paying from today. Is this fair ?? Is this ethical ?? Is this positive ?? Does that mean that I have been had by people who utilized the benefits of ISPAK and not paid, and I was a fool paying from the start?? I understand we are a poor country, but that does'nt mean that one cannot spare Rs. 5000 per annum, and not for some charity etc., but for his own good. If UIN number was implemented, by the efforts of ISPAK, did'nt every body benefited ?? Is'nt it the responsibility of the benefitery to pay ISPAK for that period, beacuse he was running his business then, and if ISPAK did'nt existed then, his business had been shutdown ???
