With all due respect it is your duty as President ISPAK to insure that proper minutes of every ISPAK meeting are recorded and issued in a timely manner to all members and not get into or create these uncalled for confusions. This is how it is done in any professional body. This delay of four days in issuing the minutes are causing confusions and this will eventually lead to another round of emails on this list which only cause confusion and resentments. It is requested to kindly direct PASHA to write complete minutes of the meeting, have them approved from you as President ISPAK and email to all by the weekend. He should make sure that he includes all issues that were discussed and then put for vote including the scanned copies of the TWO separate sheets on which members signed/voted for various proposals. These very proposals should then be put to vote in Lahore AGM meeting to all registered ISPAK members who take the time out to participate and vote. All votes should then be counted and whatever is the outcome everyone should be informed about it and I am sure all will accept it in true democratic spirit. This decision which he has circulated becomes official only when all the members have participated. I hope Mr. Bhutta will agree here. Our friends at Karachi have agreed on one option and we need to see the answers from the members in North. Then democratically, majority decision will pervail. I would here request Bhutta Sb to get scan the attendance marked by the members on July 10,2001 and publish on this mailing list as well as the voting details on the questions put forward to the house.
