Why doesn't PTCL install a Firewall at their end ?
Since all data IS going through their node(s).

Dear Members of ISPAK  With reference to notices of PTA (Regional office) sent to ISPs to block VOIP web sites and providing them an complementary Internet connection. ISPAK has received a list of ISPs, that provided the internet connections & blocked VOIP web sites.PTA is pushing hard to block web sites and providing them to internet connection. PTA Regional Office have given us additional one weak to comply. Therefore it is requested to provide an internet connection with blocking of VOIP websites before Monday, October 8, 2001 to avoid any future inconvenience.  The following ISPs have already provided the Internet Connections but some of them not yet blocked the VOIP web sites ( http://www.net2phone.com , http://www.dialpad.com , http://www.hottelephone.com  etc)
