Joe,
The license Key is not tied to a specific user. The crypto keys that are
used for authentication and encryption are tied to specific users. What I
think might be happening is if you hardened the install, you maybe getting
an eroneous error based on file permissions.
Try making the second user part of the admins group temporarily and see if
they can run it then, or try reinstalling without hardening the install.

Brian

We've installed RealSecure consoles under an
administrator-priviledged account on WinNT. Now, we'd
like to give the network ops a console but would like
to restrict their account priviledges.

Whenever we've tried, RealSecure comes back with an
error that the license key file is invalid when we
launch the console under any other user than the one
that installed it. Did we miss something?

Thanks,
Joe
