Hi Joe,
Some advice below from our tech support...hope it helps:
"It is easy to fix.
you install the RealSecure software as each user on the console and move the
iss.key into the directory
after that you copy all user keys. ( rs_con_user_mahcinename_XXX.Pubkey) to
the engines."
