The replies referencing SQL is the direction you probably want to look at.
Their are issues you will have to look at like duplicate Job ID's coming
from different scanner databases and so forth but if you have a DBA on hand
they should be able to figure out how to configure this.
Their is a ISS product called SAFEsuite Decisions which has been developed
for this purpose. You would still have to use the access database on the
scanning machines, however decisions pulls the data from the access database
into either a SQL or Oracle database.
It enables you to do reporting at an enterprise level. This would provide
the enterprise level of data collection and reporting that you are looking
for. look for the Decisions product on www.iss.net for more details.

ISS recommends that you split up large scans into smaller sessions. How
then do you join the sessions to produce a single report? I can easily
generate a report off a single session but haven't been able to figure out
how to combine multiple sessions into a single report. As I'm doing a DB
discovery across about 12000 IPs the Scanner, quite frankly, drops dead
(actually it slows to a crawl, gets slower and slower, and appears to drop
dead.)
Anyone want to answer this "duh.." question of the week for me?
Thanks,
Ken
